A Return to Balance Means Initiating From Within
You are NOT alone at this extreme state of human separation. Meet with align-minded people to change your life and to have the ripple effect begin. It starts with you and your family.
Class members are ages 12 to adult for individuals, couples and families, working on it together, in your life, moment to moment, such as over dinner, during walks together, or with classmates, for healthy change to occur.
Upon registering, you will receive by email the first essay designed for you and classmates to begin to digest, and for you to note any questions that arise for you to raise in class.
Class Structure
Class will be once a week on Zoom at 90 minutes.
We begin our experiential learning of our body awareness starting with the three body heats. Upper , Middle, and Lower, and the reasons why their balance is critical to our health, sanity, wellbeing and capacity for making discerned choices. From there we will learn how to pay attention to our bodies’ natural “alarm system”, one that lets us know, well in advance, when danger is near, but gives us time to get out of the way. This capacity is different than having fear, which is of the mind. From then we move on to grasping why it is essential to know one’s life purpose and in this, our family lineages, where we can claim our family’s life purpose, and/or ancestral purpose.
Each class will also have time for students to ask questions arising from the assigned essay readings.

If a class setting makes you feel to vulnerable you have the option to learn this content in one-on-one phone sessions.
