Some say they consider the pandemic a gift. Without the availability of a thousand entertainments and distractions, and with the requirement that we be home with our loved ones day after day, many of us are reassessing our priorities. That's a good thing.
And yet, it’s challenging to feel at ease, to feel secure with everything that's happening. Many of us feel downright panicked. The ground has shifted under our feet. Fear, and, so often, anger, can grip us, making it difficult to find a true security that's not dependent on the outer world.
The truth is the only real security lies in adhering to our inner wisdom. But how do we access that wisdom, that calm knowing?
As it turns out, the tools we need are already inside us. They are our five human capacities.
We all have them, but collectively, we've pushed some capacities aside in favor of others. One dimension in particular, the intellect, has captivated us.
But, really, we're more than that. We are multi-dimensional beings.
In this short course, we'd like to re-introduce you to your five capacities and invite you to access them.
Here’s how the course works:
Each week, we send you a link to a new lesson. During the week, you can practice accessing the human capacity covered in the lesson. You may choose to take more than a week to apply the lesson—just go at your own pace.
And you may want to work on the lessons with others. If so, have them sign up for the free course here. We’ve discovered that insights and understanding happen more quickly when exploring the territory with another person.
